This Privacy Policy describes how Health Tourism to China (“the App,” “we,” “us”) handles information when you use our mobile application. By using the App, you agree to this policy.

Note: If you use iCloud backup or device backups, Apple may include app data in your backup according to your device settings. That is governed by Apple’s policies, not by us.

When you leave the App (third-party websites)

The App may open external websites in your browser (for example, hospital sites, flight or hotel search sites, or general help pages). Those sites have their own privacy policies and terms. We do not control them. Please read their policies before you submit personal or health-related information to them.

Contact and messaging (optional)

If you contact us via WeChat or WhatsApp using the details shown in the App, you choose what information to share. We use such channels only to respond to reasonable support or informal assistance requests, not for marketing lists, and not as a medical or emergency service.

Children’s privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13 (or the age required by your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Legal bases and international users

If you are in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or other regions with specific privacy laws, we process information described above as necessary to provide the App and for our legitimate interests in operating support channels you voluntarily use. We do not use the App to profile users for automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.

We do not maintain a user database tied to the App’s on-device calculator. Information you send through optional contact channels is handled only as long as needed to respond and comply with law.

No mobile app can guarantee perfect security. Keep your device OS updated and avoid sharing sensitive health information in informal messages unless you accept the risk.
